If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept the return or exchange of any unworn merchandise within 7 days of the original order's arrival. PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT HAVE A PICK UP FACILITY, SO THE ONUS IS ON THE CUSTOMER TO RETURN THE MERCHANDISE TO OKM APPAREL. Merchandise must be in unworn condition and must retain any labels attached to the garment. Merchandise must be carefully enclosed in its original packaging. We will not accept returned goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging, or that show apparent signs of use. The refund will be actioned once we receive the product in the afore mentioned state.
